Yes we can! Banging in the CHANGE, the Non Stop Bhangra collective drops it's last NSB for 2008 in November before going into hibernation until 2009!
With it being the end to a wicked year for our crew, with a sold out NSB every single month, we're going out with a bang.
Joining Jimmy Love and Rav-E on the decks will be DJ Concerned from New York's famed Basement Bhangra party. Back on the mic will be resident Mandeep Sethi along side DJ Collage (a.k.a Mr. Chatman) from Seattle. The beautiful ladies of Dholrhythms will show you how it's done with the famous early dance lesson, and stunning performances to get the night rolling! A visual feast for all with the return of VJ Amar in the mix, and Marcus Murray painting a live painting upstairs and Shallu documenting it all with photographs.
Join us in ending this year on the most positive note, and share in the hopes that new and more vibrant times right around the corner in 2009!

An Afternoon of Music, Art, and Flavorfull Indian Cuisine! Special Performance by Dholrhythms(2:45pm)
THE GULABI GANG explores the lives of vigilante women surviving in the dry, dusty and infertile landscape of the Uttar Pradesh region of Northern India. Banded together by a dynamic leader and common goals, these women show their unity by wearing saris of “gulabi,” or bright pink. Calling themselves a “gang for justice”, they take the law into their own hands to combat the corrupt legal system, crimes against women, and to defend their civil rights as Dalits. Donation: The director and producers of the film are launching a campaign to raise an initial $50,000 to begin film production in India in Jan, 2009. They are trying to target those that feel passion towards this project and want to help contribute.Limited Capacity!

New Delhi Restaurant is celebrating its 20th year anniversary by transforming into the Compassionate Chefs Café. Compassionat Chef is a non profit organization dedicated to connecting kids across the street in the Tenderloin of San Francisco with kids across the ocean at the Gandhi Ashram in New Delhi, India.
Suggested Donation: $40 per person but this is a pay-it-forward event where you can donate what you feel to give. All funds are split between the Tederloin AfterSchool Program and the Gandhi Ashram in New Delhi. All donations are tax deductible. Gourmet food and fabulous libations! Enjoy Chef Ranjan’s non-stop ten course gourmet Indian buffet, featuring delicacies and delights, desserts and drinks.
