KOSMOS MUSIC & DANCE CAMP

Kosmos is an outdoor Music and Dance Camp located just an hour outside Santa Rosa in the rolling hills north of the Russian River. The site is on 1,000 acres of open meadow and has groves of redwoods, madrones, firs and oak trees. The warm summer days at Kosmos Camp are filled with music and dance workshops. Both dancers and musicians study with world-renowned professional teachers in a wide variety of styles from different cultures."

Kosmos Music and Dance Camp was an amazing experience. It’s a little getaway with friends that celebrates the gifts of music and dance. This was our second year to be a part of this wonderful community. We got opportunity to teach among some of the best dance and music instructors from all over the world. It was an honor to be able to share the beautiful energy of Bhangra among such a vibrant community of music lovers. Every day, all day, there were dance and music classes being taught. When people weren’t learning different dances or how to play instruments, they were hanging out together talking about music and connecting in nature. It was a beautiful way to spend a few days. One of the best parts about this experience was the connections we made with different people who now attend our classes and events regularly and have become a part of our community.

We are looking forward to participating again next year.
